A typical morning with the Bold & Beautiful Swim Squad down on Manly Beach on 16th September 2011, only this morning they were accompanied by Channel 9's Today Show.

Here's Gaetan's video of Iain's English Channel crossing. Gaetan said 'It's a bit long but it's hard to make a short video of a 15 hours swim'.

A sensational dive from Fairy Bower (half way beach), Manly, NSW hosted by Dave Thomas from Eco Divers.  Divers included Dave Thomas, John from Splat, Julie Isbill and Michael Christie.

The dolphins were at Manly for most of the day.  Swimming with dolphins is a wonderful experience every single time, but this encounter was one of the best.

24 Bold & Beautiful swimmers successfully completed the swim across Sydney Harbour Head - AMAZING ! :-)

1st January 2011 after 67 people swim the regular Manly to Shelly Beach and back Bold & Beautiful swim, 13 people continue on to Freshie and back to qualify for their Bold & Beautiful 6km summer badge.... Pretty good for 7am on New Years Day !!

Saturday 25th September, 2010.  The Life Saving season has restarted and it was a busy day down at the beach with Patrol 13, the first of the Proficiency tests and Bronze Squad training.

It's not always smooth and calm for the Bold & Beautiful morning swim. These were some big swells and crashing waves. There were a few brave souls that managed to swim out - WELL DONE
